1 package thin crust prepared pizza shell 16 ounces
Extra-virgin olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded provolone
1/4 cup grated Romano
1 cup fresh spinach (stems need pulled off)
1 cup fresh diced tomatoes
1 cup cooked diced chicken (left over chicken is good)
1 table spoon chopped fresh parsley
1 table spoon oregano
1 table spoon chopped fresh basil
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Put the pizza shell on cookie sheet(lined with foil for easy clean-up). Drizzle shell with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic over shell to edge evenly. Then sprinkle parsley, basil, oregano, and last romano cheese evenly. Cover the shell with spinach, cooked chicken, tomatoes, and top with provolone cheese. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, until cheese has melted and slightly brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley(for presentation). Cut pizza and serve.
