2 XL Eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup diced ham (left over optional)
2 slices american cheese
Preheat small skillet on medium burner with butter and oil. In another heat up diced ham on medium.
In a small bowl beat eggs and milk together until the yolks are blended and egg whites are few. Then pour eggs into skillet and cook until the eggs are firm and there is some runniness. Take your spatula work it to the middle of the egg and gentle flip toward the inside of skillet so that the liquid drips in the skillet and not the stove (if successful eggs stayed together). Place cheese on half of the omlet and top with ham. Fold over the othe half of egg and lift up back of the omelet a little and slide on plate.
