Turkey Bacon Pita

1 piece pita bread
1 cup shredded turkey
2 tbls. Diced green onions
¼ cup mayo
5 slices crisp bacon (or 2 tbls bacon bits)
Pinch. Salt

          For the turkey take 2 forks one to keep the turkey steady and the other to pull apart. It is easier to go with the fibers of the meat.

            Mix turkey, bacon, green onions, and mayo in a small bowl. With a knife cut pita bread in half and pull the middle flakes apart without tearing bread. Stuff both slices of pita with turkey mixture and place lettuce and tomato in side if desired.
