Turkey Melt On Sourdough

¼ in. slices of turkey (as many as desired)
2 slices Sourdough bread
3 slices bacon (optional)
2 slices Monterey jack cheese (or your favorite)
Butter
Tomato
Lettuce
Mayo

            Turn on 2 burners and set between a medium low and medium, and let a skillet on each burner heat up for about 2 min. Place bacon in one skillet, cook to liking and place on plate with paper towels. Drain skillet and place turkey in skillet for 2 min on both sides or until heated through. Butter both sides of each piece of bread and place the other skillet. When the first side is golden brown flip. Place cheese on 1 piece of sourdough and top with turkey and bacon. With the other piece of bread spread mayo evenly and top with lettuce and tomato then serve.
